DEVOLUCIÓN DE MERCANCÍASEn principio Kelme sólo se hará cargo de devoluciones en caso de que la mercancía sea defectuosa o haya habido alguna incidencia.Para efectuar una devolución es necesario contactar previamente con nuestro departamento de atención al cliente, indicando los motivos y el número de prendas a devolver. Una vez comunicada y autorizada la devolución se le facilitará un número de referencia que deberá indicar en el paquete. En un plazo máximo de 24/48h nuestra agencia pasará a recoger la mercancía.

La empresa no se hará cargo de los portes de las devoluciones enviadas por cuenta del cliente sin previa comunicación o por motivos ajenos a Kelme.

Compruebe la mercancía antes de ser manipulada. En ningún caso se admitirá mercancía manipulada.

SERVICIOS URGENTES 24h GARANTIZADOS

Si el cliente desea un servicio urgente especial garantizado de 24 h, puede comunicarlo al realizar su pedido. En este caso, enviará la agencia que desee y el envío se hará por cuenta riesgo del comprador, a portes debidos y cualquier extravío ó pérdida parcial del producto, deberá ser reclamado a la agencia correspondiente por parte del cliente.
