U programu emajliranog posuđa Metalac mogu se u najširem smislu izdvojiti tri grupe proizvoda:

Klasika - proizašla iz tradicionalnih formi i navika u pripremanju hrane. Proizvodi se od čeličnih limova manje debljine. Kod ove grupe posuđa svi elementi posude su izrađeni od istog materijala.

Standard, Elegant i Princ su različite forme iste grupe proizvoda kod kojih se emajlirano telo posude kombinuje sa inox rubom i različitim varijacijama montažnih elemenata od inoxa, stakla i bakelita. Proizvodi se od čeličnih limova srednje i veće debljine, odnosno u običnoj i lux verziji.

Masiv spada u kategoriju teškog emajliranog posuđa najveće debljine čeličnog lima, izuzetnih karakteristika za pripremanje zimnice i hrane koja traži dugo krčkanje na niskim temperaturama.

Emajlirano posuđe je pogodno za sve načine pripremanja hrane i životne navike. Najnovija istraživanja su potvrdila njegovu apsolutnu higijensku besprekornost, neprikos-novenu sa zdravstvenog aspekta.

Pored stakla, emajl je najbolji i najpriklad-niji materijal za posuđe. Emajlna prevlaka ima glatku stabilnu površinu neporoznog topljenog stakla, koja sprečava da se bakterije na njoj zadržavaju i omogućuje lako čišćenje i održavanje posude. Boje i dekoracije su otporne na habanje. Ako je čišćenje redovno i korektno, emajlirano posuđe dugo zadržava sjaj i boju.

Beside glass, enamel is the best and the most suitable material for cookware. Enamel coat-ing has smooth stable surface of unporous melted glass, preventing bacteria to accumulate and it is very easy to clean. Colours and decorations are wear-resistant. With regular and correct clean-ing enamel cookware keeps brightness and colour for long time.

Emajlirano posuđe Metalac proizvodi se sa različitim kombinacijama poklopaca i montažnih elemenata. Poklopci mogu biti emajlirani, stakleni ili od nerđajućeg čelika, a ručice i držači poklopca mogu biti ne samo u klasičnoj, već i u inox ili bakelitnoj varijanti. Metalac Posuđe ima sopstvenu proizvodnju bakelitnih elemenata.

METALAC enamel cookware is produced in different combinations of lids and fittings. Lids can enamel, glass or stainless steel while han-dles and knobs beside classic version, can be made of stainless steel or bakelite. METALAC POSUDJE has in-house production of bakelite elements.

METALAC enamel cookware range generally consists of three product groups:

Classic cookware lines of traditional shapes for traditional cooking habits - all elements of this cookware type are made of same mate-rial, lower thickness steel sheet.

Standard, Elegant and Princ represent different shapes of same product group where enamel cookware body is combined with stainless steel rim and variety of fittings made of stainless steel, glass and bakelite. These cookware lines are made of medium and thicker steel sheets as regular and lux versions.

Masiv line is in the category of heavy enamel cookware made of very thick steel sheet with heavy duty performances, used for prepa-ration of preserves and for longer cooking.

Standard je linija emajliranog posuđa izrađena od čeličnog lima 0,8-2mm, vrlo različitih oblika i dimenzija i rubom od inoxa. Pruža neograničene mogućnosti kombinovanja boja, dekora, ručica kao i poklopaca. Proizvodi se od čeličnih limova srednje i veće debljine, odnosno u običnoj i lux verziji.

“Standard“ enamel cookware collection is made of steel sheet 0,8 -2 mm thick, in different shapes and sizes with stainless steel rim. Unlimited variations of colors, decors, handles and lid are possible. It is offered in regular or luxury version depending on steel thickness.

Solaris je linija posuđa visokog kvaliteta koju čine tri sloja materijala. Unutrašnji sloj izrađen je od austenitnog inox lima, spolja je magnetični feritni inox lim, dok je u sredini aluminijum debljine 2mm kao odličan provodnik toplote. Prednost ovog posuđa je u ravnomernom zagrevanju kako dna tako i zidova posude što omogućava bržu pripremu hrane i uštedu energije.

Solaris is a line of high quality cookware with three layers of materials. The internal layer is made of austenitic stainless steel sheets, the outside layer is made of magnetic ferrite stainless steel sheets and the middle layer is made of 2mm thick aluminum sheets as a great heat distributor. The main advantage is even heat distribution of the bottom as well as the walls of the cookware which enables faster cooking and energy savings.

U okviru montažnih elemenata proizvodimo bakelitne i plastične montažne elemente i to: ručice za tiganje, bočne ručice, bakelitne čepove i plastične čepove poklopca. Površine bakelitnih ručica mogu biti sjajne ili mat. Za izradu se koriste bakelitni prahovi najpoznatijih svetskih proizvođača, u preko 20 boja, i oko 30 vrsta plastičnih masa.

We produce bakelite and plastic accessories – handles, side-handles, lid knobs. Bakelite handles can have glossy and matte finish. Bakelite dust of world renowed producers are being used, in over 20 colors, and around 30 types of plastic.
