Job Description

Making sure that all of electrical & mechanical appliances in company such as )Generator – UPS – ATS -HVAC – Electrical Panels – Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems –Light Current - Air Conditioning( meet health.

Supervise & follow up technician for maintenance building )electrician problems & mechanical problems(.

Running and operating the property, monitoring services and managing maintenance, making sure that all buildings meet health and safety requirements, giving presentations and writing reports.

Dealing with subcontractors & supervision of technical staff, submit technical reports & submit technical offers

Maintain uninterrupted electricity by follow-up sources of electricity for the company and doing the periodic maintenance for each source and all related Hardware and cables.

Follow-up closely periodic maintenance visits contracting vendors, in order to maintain good condition of Electro-Mechanical devices.

Follow up the work of the backup system for each of these systems in the time agreed upon with the administration of Operation to ensure retention in the event of any defect or problem in the system.

Monitor all Electro-Mechanical devices and prepare status reports.

Follow-up open calls with vendors.

Create Maintenance Plan.
