WORKINGWorking as a production engineer at Misr Italy Group for food industries : my job is to Supervise and to Manage the production line after receiving the raw material till filling the finish product according to GMP regulations and to make reports about that .Working from 1 August(2015) till 7 October(2015).Working as a production engineer at Elwefaq Alsaudy for food industries:My job is in the filling room of herbs and I have to supervise the production procedures according to G.M.P. and to manage it after receiving the sterilized row material till packaging it in its packets as a finish product.Member in the team who manage the Ethylene Oxide sterrelization unit.

Working from 16 October(2015) till now _then shifted to the jam & honey department as a production engineer and my responsabelities is to receive a production order then preparing a plan sheet according to it then to supervise the production according to GMP regulations & the Egyption or the client standard .From 1 February 2016 till now.

Internal Audit\self inspection: in this course I learned how to make an auditing on your firm to assure every step conformed with the regulations and know some of the corrective action &protective action (CAPA).September 2014.

Trained at HERO for Food industry: At this factory I trained on the (GMP) Good Manufacturing Practice in each department of production,Quality control,quality assurance and Research & Dvelopment .from 2-7-2014 to 17-8-2015

Trained at Africano Foods : In this Factory I trained on the processing procedures for Juice,Jam and Pasta and to inspect the product after processing.February-March 2014
