Bilginoğlu Endüstri Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

1973 yılında Makine Yük. Müh. Ercan Bilginoğulları tarafından Türkiye Sanayisi’nin önde gelen kuruluşlarına yüksek kaliteli ve uygun fiyatlı endüstriyel ekipmanları, üstün bir hizmet kalitesi ile sağlamak amacıyla kurulmuştur.

Bugün faaliyet konularında, uygulamaları ve yenilikleri ile sektörünün öncü kuruluşlarından birisi olmuştur.

Şirketimizin merkezi İzmir 1. Sanayi Sitesi’nde yer almaktadır. Ayrıca İstanbul ve Bursa Satış Mağazalarımızla da hizmet vermekteyiz. Müşteri talepleri doğrultusunda kaliteli hizmet anlayışını ilke edinen firmamız sizlere daha iyi hizmet vermekten mutluluk duyar.

Bilginoğlu Endüstri was established by Msc. Mechanical Engineer Ercan Bilginogullari in 1973 to supply high quality and reasonable priced industrial equipments with superior service quality to Turkish leading end users. Today, Bilginoğlu Endüstri has become one of the leading company with its applications and innovations in its market.

The headquarters is located İzmir 1.Sanayi Sitesi and Central Warehouse in Ulucak. Besides Bilginoğlu has two sales offices and showrooms in İstanbul and Bursa. We are pleased to give you the best service with our customer request and quality oriented company principle.

Firmamıza kurumsal kimlik ekleyerek Adi şirketten A.Ş.’ne çevrilmiştir.

Mitutoyo GmbH Firması ile Distribütörlük Anlaşması yapılmıştır.

Kyocera GmbH Firması ile Distribütörlük Anlaşması yapılmıştır.

Mitutoyo GmbH Firmasının tüm ürün çeşitlerini kapsayan Türkiye Ana

Distribütörü konumuna gelinmiştir.

İstanbul Okmeydanı’nda bulunan Perpa Ticaret Merkezinde satış ofisi ve

showroom açılmıştır.

İzmir 1.Sanayi sitesinde firmaya ait yeni Merkez ve Yönetim binası inşa

edilerek taşınılmıştır.

İstanbul satış ofisi ve showroom Bayrampaşa semtine daha büyük yerine

taşınmıştır.

Bursa Nilüfer Ticaret Merkezinde Satış Ofisi ve Showroom açılmıştır.

İzmir Kemalpaşa ilçesi Ulucak beldesinde şirkete ait Depo ve Satış Ofisi

açılmıştır.

ERP yazılım sistemine geçilmiştir.

Kurumsal Internet Yazılım çalışmaları yapılmıştır.

Our company was established by MSc. Mechanical Engineer

Ercan Bilginogullari on the sales of Quality Control Equipments,

Cutting Tools and Foundry Materials.

Our company is turned to corporation company from ordinary company.

Distributor agreement had been signed with Mitutoyo Gmbh Company.

It had been started working as Kyocera Cutting Tool Distributor in Turkey.

We came to position of Turkey Exclusive Agency that include all type

of products of Mitutoyo.

Our sales office and showroom had been opened in Perpa Trade Center

in Istanbul.

Our new headquarter and management office that belong to us was built in

1. Sanayi Sitesi in Izmir and had moved to this place.

Kurulduğu günden beri kaliteli hizmet anlayışı çerçevesinde altyapı ve teknolojiye her türlü yatırımı yapan firmamız bugün genç-dinamik kadrosu, araç filosu, bilgiişlem sistemi, özel stok-sipariş takibi, teklif hazırlama yazılımları ve teknik dokümantasyonu ile etkili bir satış organizasyonu kurmuştur.

Satışı yapılan ürünler Showroomlarımızda (İzmir, istanbul, Bursa) veyadepolarımızda müşterilerimizn bilgisine sunulmakta ve ürün grubuna göre gerekirse demonstrasyon veya numune çalışmaları yapılmaktadır. Böylece müşterilerimizin ihtiyaçlarına teknik olarak en uygun ve fiyat-performans oranı en yüksek ürünleri satın almaları sağlanmaktadır.

Since the foundation, making all investments technology and infrastructure; Bilginoğlu Endüstri has established an effective sales organization with its authorized technical staff, IT systems, wide range of products stock, order following system, repair-calibration service, technical documentation. The products in our sales program are shown in our showrooms (İzmir, İstanbul and Bursa) and warehouse. If it is required we perform demonstration and sample measurement practice.

Consequently, the customer purchase the instrument which is technicallyappropriate for their needs and has the highest price performance rate.In our marketing activities, sales is not our first target but it is the result of our qualified service. We think that nowadays Turkish market the competition becomes intense day by day and this is the only way to consolidate our place in the market and increase our customer portfolio.

TEKNİK SERVİS

“Bizim verdiğimiz sözden bir µm bile sapma olmaz.”

Bakım; “Zaman kaybı olmadan bakım”Firmamızdan satın aldığınız bütün Mitutoyo cihazları garanti süresi içerisinde ya da bu süre dışında en ekonomik fiyatlarla tamir edilmektedir. Tamir departmanındaki mühendis ve teknikerlerimiz Mitutoyo’dan bu konu ile ilgili eğitim almış ve sizden gelecek sorulara cevap verecek şekilde kendilerini geliştirmişlerdir.

Ölçü aletleri tamiri tamamlandıktan sonra Mitutoyo’nun mastar ve kalibrasyon cihazları ile kontrol edilmekte ve cihazın hassasiyeti, olması gereken toleranslar içinde olduğu tespit edildikten sonra teslim edilmektedir.

Ayrıca üç boyutlu koordinat ölçüm cihazı, profil projectör, roundtest, surftest, contracer gibi büyük cihazlar, direkt bulunduğu yerde fabrikanızda tamir edilmekte ve daha sonra doğruluğu yine Mitutoyo’nun mastar ve kalibrasyon cihazları ile kontrol edilerek sizlere teslim edilmektedir.

Gerek firmamızdaki tamir işlemlerinde gerekse cihazın bulunduğu fabrikada yapılan tamirat işlemlerinde üretim kaybınız ve kesintileriniz en aza indirilmiş olur.

Maintenance; “Without time waste”We repair free of charge all guaranteed Mitutoyo products that you bought from us. We price economically your unguaranteed tools. In our tecnical service department, our engineers and technicians are trained by Mitutoyo and they improved their selves for the possible questions and problems.

After repairment, tools are checked with the gauges and calibration instruments of Mitutoyo and delivered to customer when the accuracy values are in the limits.

Besides, we repair Grand instruments at customer site such as 3D Coordinate Measuring, profile projectors, roundtest, surftest and contracer instruments and control them with Mitutoyo gauges and calibration instruments.

We reduce your production and time loss in our repairments both at Bilginoğlu and your site. Your measuring tools are repaired quickly and reliably with our specialist staff.
