DESCRIPTION
Jumping rope exercises are very popular among fitness freaks. These exercises help in developing qualities like agility, stamina and quick footwork. Running in place, double unders, criss-cross are some of the popular jumping rope exercises. Jumping Rope exercises are quite simple in comparison to some of the other fitness exercises. Different Jump Rope Skipping Styles
Running in Place
A person remains stationary and lifts his knees with each turn of the rope.
Double Unders
In this exercise, there is one jump for every two turns of the rope.
Criss - Cross
In this exercise, arms are crossed during the descending swing of the rope and then you have to jump through the loop. In the next descending swing the arms are uncrossed and the process is repeated again.
