← Invited to the “Cheer! Nippon” charity match, and met with Sadaharu Oh and JFA chairmanSaburo Kawabuchi. Received many charity goods.

→ Gave a highly-praised presentation in an event at Uniqlo. Entered “Clothes for Smiles,” a project inviting ideas for Uniqlo’s human resource development, and won 4th place out of 739 ideas.

→ Andreas Schleicher, OECD’s Deputy Director for Education and Skills, met with the Date team. He had some of the jelly the students developed jointly with JA, and encouraged them to “research the market and definitely make a success of it.”

← Prof. Schleicher made a courtesy visit to the president of Fukushima University. In the evening he gave a talk on the theme of “recovery education and innovation,” which was followed by a discussion on education in Fukushima Prefecture.
