Dong Ma Fai district Case•  78 villagers has filed a

lawsuit with the Administrative Court requesting the Court to revoke mining licenses to private access areas of the National Forest in mining limestone for construction.

•  Administrative Court of First Instance did not accept the indictment by arguing that the 78 villagers is not those who suffered damage.

Dong Ma Fai district Case•  The Supreme Administrative Court

makes the decision that community rights under Article 66 and 67 of the Constitution 2007 that is traditionally ruled for the country and is not an end to the coup. It comes into force in accordance with Article 5 of the Interim Constitution.

•  So 78 villagers are eligible to use the land, even a national forest and have the right to engage with government and communities to conserve use of natural resources and protect the environment so that they can live in a better environment, whereby 78 villagers is the right to file this case before the Administrative Court.
