WELLNESS ACTIVITY:
Try out this
Gratitude paper
chain. We have so
much to be thankful
for in our lives!
WELL BEING ACTIVITY: I have left this activity in the plan as this is a wellness week
and it might be nice to do it again: Keep a well-being journal for the week. Use a notebook or refill page.
Try to write in your journal at the same time every day, perhaps in
the evening before you go to bed. Yourjournal is personal to you.
There is no right or wrong way to do it.
Each day complete the following activities:
• 3 things I am grateful for
• Today I enjoyed …
• Tomorrow I am looking forward to …
You might like to continue to keep a well-being journal for the
summer. If so, just pick up a notebook in Tesco/Dealz and complete
the above activities each day.
At the end of each week have a think about the bubble
questions:
What did I
learn about
myself?
Did I notice
any patterns in
my behaviour
or feelings?
Did keeping a journal
have an impact on me in
any way?
Visualisations are a lovely,
simple way to
relax and find some peace
in our busy lives.
They are especially helpful
at times when we
are feeling anxious or
weary.

When I was in 4th class, a
teacher came to the school on
an exchange from Japan. We
all loved her, she was the most
exotic person we had ever
met! We thought she was so
cool! I still remember her
name was Keiko! She taught us
some basic Japanese and
she also did lots of
origami with us.
Origami is the art of making
creations by folding paper.
You might enjoy
making these tulips!
Send me a photo if
you give it a go!

instructions in case
you need them!

SUDOKU:
Draw this grid on a sheet of
paper. The aim is to put the
numbers 1-9 into each box
in the grid, but consecutive
numbers can’t be placed
side by side.
You can only have one of
each number in the box.
I love listening to music when I am out walking, tidying up, cooking etc so I have left this selection of music up in case you would like to listen to it. Music can be very powerful. In these strange and
challenging times, are you listening to music and if so what songs are you enjoying?
Have a listen to some of my favourites right now!
