Be the first and last line of defense for all service related to firm clients’ welfare and for assisting the sales agents in providing the highest level of service before and after the sale Handle processing transactions for securities as follows: opening, closing and maintaining RIA accounts; processing account transfers and other money movements such as journals, wire transfers, issuing checks, retirement distributions and gifting transactions Communicate directly with clients via phone, email, or in person and assist them with their questions Have a basic understanding of the servicing requirements for investment and retirement planning products as well as a basic understanding of investment and retirement planning concepts Participate in department initiatives, best practices, procedures and compliance guidelines Assist with creating and sending out monthly and quarterly asset schedules, tax summaries, or performance reports Maintain the integrity of client data base (CRM) and electronic files Proficiently and efficiently work with multiple technology programs and platforms May be involved with various administrative responsibilities related to our compliance requirements, curriculum, calendar and software Various other projects and requests from advisors or manager Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
