SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Proven results as an efficient team leader, holding team members accountable along with excellent people skills, business acumen, and

an exemplary work ethic• Ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent• Understanding of and ability to create healthy organizational culture• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics• Experience leading high-performance teams within the Wealth Management sector strongly preferred• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word• Passionate about exceeding clients’ and teammates’ expectations• Preferably five years or more of COO/Integrator experience

JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a COO/Integrator who has a deep understanding and experience within the wealth management industry and specifically in the RIA space. They will also have an instinctive ability to recognize, retain, and respect the talent within the organization, and help guide team members to reach their full potential through support and mentorship.
