How to use Graphics and Charts

Firstly, open the Microsoft PowerPoint at the Windows

Choose slide type at Home button above at the left. Click at the new slide.

Step 3

Click on the new slide and choose “Title and Content” to insert Graphics.

Graphics will appear if you click on Insert SmartArt Graphics…

Step 4

Choose the Graphics you want to use in you PowerPoint work. Click ok. Many types of Graphics like List, Process, Cycle, Hierarchy and Matrix can be used to help ease our work. This is how to use Graphics. That’s it.

Step 5

To use Charts, just repeat step 1 & 2. Then click on the Insert Chart below.

Choose the type of charts that must be used. For example, click on column and choose ‘clustered column’. It will be like this

The Microsoft Office Excel will appear and you just have to insert the information about your data. Automatically the chart beside will change based on your data in Excel. That’s it.

How to running presentation.

STEP 1

To running our presentation, click on button F5 or the icon shown below.

STEP 2

To go to the next slide, click the right-click on the mouse or at the arrow. To exit the presentation, just click esc key. That’s it.
