    Requirement of Manager, Dy. General Manager and General Managers of various

    disciplines in DMRC.

    Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), a Joint venture company with equityparticipation from Govt. of India and Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi has been

    entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the rail based Mass Rapid transit System

    for Delhi.

    Applications are invited from dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Engineers and

    Executives of various disciplines (Civil/Electrical/Signal & Telecom, Finance & Operations,

    Legal & Human Resource) having experience of working with organizations involved in majorconstruction or other reputed industries. The appointment shall be on deputation(for a period of

    three years)/direct recruitment /Contract basis as mentioned below.

    3. Qualification

    Candidates applying for the above posts should be IRSEE, IRSE, IRSSE, IRTS,

    IRAS, IRPS or any Group-A service officer or PSU service officer of respective

    discipline, with BE/B.Tech (in the respective discipline) for engineering posts/Graduation (for operations & HR) and CA/ICWA ( for Finance), LLB, with 1 st Division

    in respective disciplines (except for 55% for LLB candidates).

    Group-A Officers working in Senior Scale in grade Rs. 15600-39100 (grade pay-

    Rs.6600) are eligible to apply. Group A officers with a minimum of 5 years Gr-A

    service and working in Jr. Scale are also eligible to apply.

    PSU officers working in Manager level (E3) in IDA pay scale Rs.24900-50500 areeligible to apply. PSU/Gr-B Officers with 6 years of Gazetted/Executive service in

    Gr-B/PSU service and working in Asst. Manager level are also eligible to apply.

    OR

    Private Sector Candidate : The executives working in Project/Industrial

    Establishments/Private Corporation with 07 years experience at Executive level may

    also apply.

    (b) For DGM level:

    Group-A Officers working in JAG level in grade Rs. 15600-39100 (Grade pay-

    Rs.7600) are eligible to apply. Group A officers with a minimum of 6 years Gr-A

    service and working in Sr. Scale are also eligible to apply.

    PSU officers working in DGM level (E4) in pay scale Rs.29100-54500 are eligible to

    apply. PSU/Gr-B Officers with 11 years of Gazetted/Executive service in Gr-B/PSU

    service and working in Manager level for 4 years are also eligible to apply.

    OR

    Private Sector Candidate : The executives working in Project/Industrial

    Establishments/Private Corporation with 13 years experience at Executive level may

    also apply.

    *PSU/Gr-B Officer with 14 years Executive service & 3 years at DGM level can be

    taken at JGM level and officers with 18 years executive and 3 years at JGM level canbe taken at AGM level.

    (c) For General Manager level:

    The Group-A Officers working in GM level in grade Rs. 37400-67000(grade pay-

    Rs.10000) are eligible to apply. The Group A officers with a minimum 17 years Gr-

    A service and working in PB-4 (Grade pay Rs.8700) SG level, with 5 years service inSG level are also eligible to apply

    PSU officers working in GM level (E8) in pay scale Rs.51300-73000 are eligible to

    apply. PSU/Gr-B Officers with 21 years of Gazetted/Executive service in Gr-B/PSU

    service and working in AGM level (E7) with 2 years of service in the same level arealso eligible to apply.

    Private Sector Candidate : The executives working in Project/Industrial

    Establishments/Private Corporation with 24 years experience at Executive level may

    also apply.

    The number of vacancies shown above is tentative and may undergo change. The

    Government & PSU officers with longer length of service/experience may be inducted atJGM/AGM level as per DMRC Policy (12&15 years of Gr-A Service respectively and 15

    & 18 years of PSU service respectively and induction can be done in one grade above the

    parent department subject to the condition that the candidate has put in at least 3 years ofservice in the next below grade of DGM/JGM) as the case may be.

    Eligible and willing candidates who fulfill the above mentioned eligibility criteria may

    positively, by speed post. Candidates applying on deputation should forward their

    applications through proper channel. TA will be admissible for attending the interview as

    per DMRCs policy only to such candidates appearing in interview for deputation.

    Mode of Selection: Names of short listed candidates will be put up on our website by

    13/04/11. We intend calling about 5 times the number of candidates than the number of

    vacancies based on their suitability for the job. The Interview/Group Discussion will be

    held in the 3rd week of April2011 (specific dates will be intimated along with the list of

    short listed candidates through our websites) at Metro Bhawan/Fire Brigade

    Lane/Barakhamba Road/New Delhi. No separate communications by post will be sent to

    the candidates individually. Candidates are required to go through the instructions for

    Interview/Group Discussion displayed on DMRC website (www.delhimetrorail.com) andappear for the Interview/Group Discussion accordingly along with original copies of

    testimonials. Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be New Delhi.
