Working closely with senior management teams in these local government organisations to understand their operational priorities and provide a strategic interface between their groups and the human resources service. Strategic head office role responsible for the Employee Relations function for Michelin North America (Canada) Inc., including proposing, influencing and drafting all employment policies and processes for Michelin and for providing dedicated service and advice to site personnel management on employee cases from discipline and absence to compensation and equity to hiring, performance management, workplace bullying and many other sensitive cases. I was also responsible for driving policy alignment and legislative compliance across the company's Canadian locations and with Michelin North America in the US and for proposing, leading and implementing new HR initiatives and projects, HR training development and facilitation, business processes and change projects and for Positive Management Leadership delivery.
