This is for information of the Principals/Officers-in-Charge/lnstitutional Heads of allPolytechnics/lnstitutions/Centers under the academic control of this Council that Online Registration of thestudents admitted in the academic session 2018-L9 will be held as per the following schedule.

Students who have taken admission to the above mentioned courses in the Academic Session 2O1B-lg,will have to apply online through the above mentioned website for registration under the WBSCT&VE&SD byproviding necessary. information. They have to fill in the registration form online and upload photo,signature and scanned copy of the mark sheet and admit card of Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination 1orof qualifying examination). Finally, they have to submit signed hard copy of the downloaded application foimand self-attested photocopy of eligibility documents [Mark sheet & Admit Card) to their polytechnics /Institutes / Centers. Polytechnics/lnstitutes/Centers can see the list of students applied for registrationthrough "Institute Login" section and they will have to approve application of each una .u".y student afterdue verification of the data provided by the students. User ID and Password will be sent to the emailaddress of respective Polytechnics/Institutes/Centers. Polytechnics/lnstitutes/Centers will have tovalidate application of all students through the 'lnstitute Login' latest by 06.10.20tb. efter completion ofonline validation, Polytechnics/lnstitutes/Centers will have to take a printout ofthe list ofapproved studentsand submit the same along with all signed hard copies of downloaded application forms [tranch-wise andyear-wisel and self-attested photocopies of eligibility documents (Mark sheet & Admit Card) of the stuaentsto the council latest by 11.10.2 018 with a forwarding letter. Eligibility documents are to be stapled with therespective registration application forms.

Accordingly, concerned Polytechnics/lnstitutes/Centers are requested to give a suitable notificationon the notice boards advising their newly admitted students to participate in the o.rlin. registration processwithin the specified last date. online registration by the admitted students is mandalory. Registrationcertificate will be issued only to the validated [approved) students of respective polytechnici / lnititutes /Centers. Principals/Officers-in-Charge/lnstitutional Heads are requested to take note ofthe above and do theneedful.
