    Employed by Woodcote Consulting to provide dedicated full-time administrative services to the Group, its Committee

    and Officers in relation to all aspects of PHCSG activities.

    Tasks have included:

    Development and implementation of administrative procedures to support the Group. Project manage group activities, officers and committee members. Deal with all enquiries. Manage the Groups books and accounts includingbudgets, credit control. Maintain the Groups database of members, customers and other contacts. Process membership applications and renewals, including collection of fees. Provide support to officers and committee of the Group. Maintain Group records and archives. Edit / publish news to the Group, including procuring contributions from committee members / others. Website creation of content. Responsible for ensuring that website is accurate and current. Promotion of the group, activities and membership. Successful delivery of meetings, events and conferences run by the Group to include: -

    Sourcing suitable venues, price negotiation, making recommendations to committee and booking. Produce budget and project plan each event. Monitor costs against budget. Marketing of events including production and distribution of material/mail shots as required. Support in putting conference programme / agenda together and confirming arrangements and requirementswith attendees /speakers.
