Provided consulting services and technical leadership to solve my clients’ enterprise-wide network and application performance issues using Riverbed’s SteelCentral suite.

Solid experience in network packet analysis and modeling (9 years).
Managed the selection and implementation of network performance management tools. Defined requirements, selected systems, and implemented/customized to meet business requirements. Trained business partners and peers in systems operation. Operated as the System Administrator and SME for network performance management tools.
Was responsible for network capacity planning. Reviewed utilization metrics regularly, addressed hotspots with management. Proactively reached out to network top talkers, migrated their traffic to off-peak hours.
Handled day-to-day engagement in network performance high-severity issues. Quickly assessed if network was responsible for slowness. If so, used management tools and packet analysis to reach root cause.
