I would like to thank Parminder, Colette, Danielle, Paul, and Lori for their guidance throughout this project. Healthy Steps 2.0 offers a simple and easy way for companies to initiate and encourage physical activity within the workplace and to improve the lives of their workers. This will create a healthier, happier and more productive workplace environment.

Purpose

Significance
