2010 Principal Survey Comments• Having someone who has been in the principal’s office to provide

some feedback and perspective. • The visits and discussions were most helpful.• Face to face meetings has been the best part of the experience.

Having a positive relationship with a mentor you can trust and respect has had a positive impact.

• The feedback and discussion with my mentor was the most valuable part of my mentoring experience.

• Meeting face-to-face with my mentor on a regular basis has been really helpful to me. These meetings have allowed me to discuss, process, clarify, and reflect on school situations; the time to reflect has had the most impact .
