PRESIDENTS MESSAGE

Thank You.

As the new year begins, the most important message I have for everyone is Thank You forallowing me to serve as President of VetPartners. Soon, we will welcome a new President andBoard of Directors and I am confident that they will continue to navigate the direction ofVetPartners in a positive direction.

Last year presented many new challenges for all of us and I trust that 2021 will present gifts ofhope and positive indications that we can once again fully live our personal and professionallives.

Valuation CouncilOn the VetPartners Valuation Council call this month, we adopted the new membershiprequirements and scheduled the first 3 2021 RACE programs. We also created a new taskforce to discuss and organized a questionnaire for PPP transactions for valuations. Our nextcall is February 9th where Glenn Hanner will discuss the updates on the new PPP regulations.
