Hope’s Jamestown175 Series steel windows are manufactured from heavy custom hot-rolled steel profiles. All frames, ventilators and muntin bars are 1-3/4" in depth.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• A 20 percent increase in window profile depth, when compared to Hope's Landmark175™ Series, doubles the moment of inertia (I-value). Improved structural integrity results in larger window sizes without extra reinforcing or mullions.

• Accepts up to 1-1/8" thick glass with flush snap-in glazing beads

• Triple integral groove weatherstripping

• Solid brass or bronze hardware

• Hope's Power of 5 Finishing System includes cleaning, pretreatment, epoxy e-coat primer, epoxy powder primer and ultrathane polyurethane top coat.

JAMESTOWN175™ SERIESTop Hung-Out and Pivoted Steel Windows

The classic heavy custom steel window, manufactured with hot-rolled steel profiles, is available in these specialty configurations. Top hung-out ventilators are designed to accommodate larger ventilators than the typical project-out. Horizontally pivoted windows are commonly used in industrial applications where pole or chain access from the floor is required. Vertically pivoted windows are commonly used in configurations where cleaning adjacent fixed windows is required in a long run of windows.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Window profile depth of 1-3/4" increases the moment of inertia (I-value) and presents the opportunity to accommodate larger window sizes without extra reinforcing or mullions

• This strength allows for larger ventilator sizes without compromising performance

• Accepts up to 1-1/8" thick insulating glass with flush glazing beads

The operable sash are manufactured from hot-rolled steel profiles and have double weatherstripping, while the perimeter frame is custom formed 12 gauge galvanized steel. These windows are designed to accept up to 1-1/8" thick insulating glass.

• Ventilators are hung on spiral balances for up to 160 pounds

• Solidly fusion welded sash corners for superior strength and water tightness

• The custom formed steel frame is also solidly welded

Hope’s Jamestown175 Series steel doors are custom manufactured from 1-3/4" deep heavy custom hot-rolled steel profiles. Single and French-style configurations are available with various hardware options including mortise lock and multi-latching cremone. The steel door profiles are the same profiles as used in the Jamestown175 Series steel windows.
