Quality policy which included with Sand testing Laboratory, Chemical testing Laboratory, Physical testing Laboratory Sand testing Laboratory: Where testing of sand is done for quality control purpose. Chemical Test Laboratory : Where optical Spectrometer Model: Metal lab 75/80 manufactured by GNR Italy to analyze Elements and (Fe + Ni Base) reference channel, also capable to analyze Nitrogen at 142.9 nm steel is in ultra UV region and equipment for wet analysis of all alloy elements. Raw material analysis is done before actual usage. Chemical analysis of elements is carried out heat wise Physical Test Laboratory: For Testing of physical properties, one 40 M.T. capacity Universal Testing machine, Brinell Hardness Tester, Rockwell Hardness tester and Impact Testing Machine has been provided.

THIRD PARTY INSPECTION Other than IBR we have also work with TPI like B.V. /I.C.S. / D.N.V. / SGS / VELOSI / TUV etc. On behalf of our customers.
