Im sorry I have to leave you with this, but it is for the best. Idoubt anyone at the camp will be able to ever look me in the

face again, and I am not sure I deserve people to. I have toomuch innocent blood on my hands, and I cannot continuewith this faade any longer. All responsibility is beinghanded over to you, and in this book you will find all youneed to know on the types of Z I am aware of. I am sorry forthis responsibility, but anyone else would have caved underPasco, and he cannot be in power. I have seen what he is

responsible of, and he will kill anyone who stands in hisway. I hope that you can forgive me for what I have done.

    Walker

First reported sighting: Day ZeroMethods of transference: Bite

From what I saw on the news,Walkers are the Z who had a long

incubation period, so wereturned after they died. Some were

reanimated not long after rigormortis set in, so speed isinhibited, hence the termWalkers. Others were dead for

a while, and so can move fast, but are very weak to the extentthat a mere punch can emerge onthe Nerves are deadened in some

cases, so they may not feel pain,so it is better to attempt todestroy major organs, i.e. brain, spine, and legs. If you can demobilise them, then youre safe. However, be wary of severed limbs, if the arms or legs are still

connected to the body, they may continue to fight. The head can alsosurvive momentarily free of the body, longest Ive seen is 20seconds.

    Hound

First Reported Sighting: DayTwenty-nineMethods of transference: Bite,

    blood spillage

Presumably dogs that eithersuccumbed to Z bites or the

airborne virus, Hounds areparticularly vicious. UnlikeWalkers, some were alive when

they succumbed, and so retainedtheir agility and speed. They arevery resilient, and will carry onfighting, even after grievousinjury, up to and including

being sliced in half by a katana. They are so resilient, even abroken spine doesnt always stop them. Unlike most other breeds ofZ, they can jump, and will if they see something tasty. Youve gotto destroy the brain, though this is easier after theyve beenparalysed. Knock out the teeth as well if possible, otherwise youmight get a nasty surprise as you walk away.

    Devo

First reported sighting: Day 160Methods of transference: None

know, theyve never been seen todo it.

Short for devolution, itsuncertain where these giant Z

came from. Unlike Walkers, theyhave retained their considerablemuscles, maybe even enhancedthem. They also have some formof primitive brain, to the extentwhere they can use primitiveweapons, so expect them to be carrying some form of club, butanything which requires anything more than swing and smash

movements is beyond them. Even when theyre not carryingweapons, they still pack a punch. Ive seen Lorries buckle under theirfists, Ive even seen them pick up and throw transit vans. Stayaway from their arms, and try to take them out of action. Theirhide is tough though, so its best to blind them, and let them dosomething that inevitably kills them, even if its taking a brief walkoff a high object. Run before they go on a blind rampage though, ifthey get blind, they get angry, and when they get angry, they getviolent. Standard bullets can blind, but in the event of an instant

    kill, explosives are needed.

    CreeperFirst ReportedSighting: Day290Methods of

    transference:Bite, though they

    aim to kill.

One of the types of Z that worry me the most. Unlike Walkers andDevos, they seem to have human like intelligence, to the point where

they can recognise weapons, including guns. They seem to have aninsatiable appetite for meat, living, dead and Z alike, and unlikethe zombies we were all raised on in those corny black and whitefilms, are fast, intelligent, and possibly not even dead. With theirsuper himan reactions and agility, I find it hard to believe they areany kind of reanimated corpse, and instead have been createdsomewhere by something, along with the Devos. They appear to be ableto hunt using radar and thermal senses, and even have a degree ofcamouflage. They are the perfect hunter it appears. They are heavilyresistant to most weaponry, possibly even bullet proof in places.Point blanc shots are needed to kill them sometimes. The best tactic

I have found to get this opportunity is to confuse them withmultiple shots that break windows or another shattering object, then walk in close while they are distracted.

    Gangs of England

    The Gang (North London)

Either these guys either are short on ideas, or justdont go public much. Mostly raiders, they move bymotorcycles, so they are presumably some evolution

of a Hells Angels type group. Due to them oftentravelling by bike, fuel tanks are a good target to gofor. Be wary of projectiles, they enjoy using MolotovCocktails. Usually carry some sort of gun,

sometimes taking machine guns on tripods withthem.

The Last Judgement Gang (South London)

A group of religious nut jobs, who, surprisingly, werent particularly keen on the Lucifer Gang. Theybelieve that the Z apocalypse was sent by God to

cleanse the Earth, and think that anyone who isntcurrently giving all their free time to the Lord deserveto be brutally killed. From what Ive seen of theircamp, they arent keen on women either, keeping themeither in the kitchen or the bedrooms. I dont thinkthe men ever lift a finger round there, and dont seem

to want change anytime in the future. They kill

through any means they can. Since they travel ingroups, Molotov cocktails and grenades work wellagainst them.

    Oxford Gang (Oxford)

    Dead.

    The Riffs (Kensington)

One of the few good gangs left. They dont seem to haveany prejudices, and seem to be just in it for the

slaying. Kill Z for free, and are pretty hospitable. Not keen on the Last Judgement Gang though, so

theyll be more than happy to help if youre in a spotof trouble with them.

The Church of Z (Many branches)

I was never a big fan of religion, but these guys are adisgrace to the word. They believe that the Z are mansnext evolution, and that we should just give in tothem. From what Ive heard, they even keep Z on
