share and enjoy. Our British based drinks bring you a taste

of our Society and because everybody is different, we make

you feel special with our unique cocktails .

THE CLASSICS

Elderflower Daiquiri £9Sweet version of Ernest Hemingway’s favourite drink based on rum, sugar, lime and elderflower. Havanna Especial enhanced with St Germain elderflower liquor.

Raspberry Collins £9A Society twist to the classic Tom Collins cocktail . Enjoy the flavour of fresh raspberries expertly blended with the aromatic tones of Beefeater gin.

Cosmopolitan £9A strong classic. Flavoured with the unique taste of Wyborowa, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice.

Chase Vodka Martini £9The classic cocktail utilising one of the most flavoursome vodkas on the market. Have it dirty, dry or however you like it .

Old Fashioned £9Bourbon whiskey slowly stirred and skillfully combined with orange and cherry, bitters and sugar. The recipe was said to have been invented by a bartender at the Pendennis private members club (Kentucky) and then perfected in the New York Waldorf Astoria.

Aperol Spritz £9A contemporary summer classic that has got everyone talking. Prosecco, Aperol bitter and soda served over ice.

Breakfast Martini £10This drink was invented in 2000 in London by Salvatore Calabrese. Society replaces the gin with Chase Vodka Marmalade shaken with marmalade, Cointreau and lemon juice.

Knickerbocker Martini £10Sailor Jerry rum shaken with fresh raspberries, lemon juice, fresh orange and pineapple juice, sugar and Orange Curaçao. Society’s homage to one of Britain’s best desserts.

Salted Caramel Martini £10A Society unique creation that will leave a lasting memory. Absolut Vanilla, Baileys, Caramel Syrup and salt , shaken hard and served in a chilled martini glass.

The Bartender’s ChoicePimm’s Mojito £10Celebrate British summer with this original and refreshing cocktail . Fresh strawberries, cucumber and orange served straight up with Havana Club Especial , Pimm’s and Lemonade.

Strawberry Fields £10One of Society’s most successful creations, inspired by the Beatles’ homonymous song. Muddled fresh strawberries and lime, Hendrick’s Gin and St Germain liquor, served over ice and topped up with Monopole Champagne rosé.

Society Iced Tea £10A Society twist to a classic Iced Tea using our secret blend of Earl Grey flavour combined with Hendricks Gin.

Orange Sherbet £10Let Society’s bartenders bring you on a journey to re-discover the flavours of an iconic sweet . Chase Marmalade, Campari, citrus fruits, orange juice and marmalade served tall and topped up with soda.

The Strand £10Cherry Brandy, Crème de Framboise, Orange Curaçao and fresh lemon juice, shaken with Tawny Port wine served tall and topped up with lemonade. A cocktail dedicated to the hub of Victorian theatres and nightlife .

Society Champagne Breakfast £9Our Society British concept of the classic Rossini. On this occasion made with strawberry jam, strawberry liquor and Monopole Brut Champagne.

High Society £9Society’s original take on strawberries and Champagne. Fresh strawberries, Crème de Framboise and Cointreau topped up with Monopole Brut Champagne.

Café Royal £9In 1865 Café Royal was one of the most buzzing hotels in London. Patrons at the time included Oscar Wilde and Virginia Woolf . Patron XO Café, Crème de Cacao topped up with Pommery Champagne.

Kensington Blossom £9Simple and refreshing. Sparkling wine, elderflower liquor and mint.
