Pune,May 30, 2018:Garware-Wall Ropes Ltd. (GWRL), a leading manufacturer of technical textiles for theIndian and global markets, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March31S\2018.

Q4FY18 Highlights:

• Revenue has grown by 10.7% to Rs.234.80Cr in Q4FYl8 as compared to Rs.212.06Cr in Q4FY17• Profit after tax grew by 51.6% to Rs.29.36Cr in Q4FY18 as compared to Rs.19.36 Cr in the same quarter last

year• EPS for Q4FY18 is at Rs.13A2; this is a growth of51.6% over Q4FY17

FY18 Highlights:

• Revenue grew by 4.3% to Rs.885.50Cr in FY18 as against RS.849.31Cr in FYl7• Profit after tax grew by 24.7% to RS.I05.17Cr as compared to RS.8436Cr in FY17• EPS stood at RsA8.06; reflecting a growth of24.7% over FY17

Stating on the results, Mr. Vayu Garware, CMD, Garware-Wall Ropes Ltd. said, "The fourth quarter profitafter tax has grown by 51.6% spurred by healthy revenues from our international business.
