Unsold services are available at 50% of the studfee until Feb. 15, then 60% of the stud fee (40%off) from Feb. 15 - June 1

Resulting foals must be eligible for APHA papers

No refunds under any circumstances

Services may not be re-sold

Purchasers must be paid members of OPHC

Services may be carried over one year if the mare
