$ontract (A#$) for the pro/ect Provision of Additional olar Power stem in the UPOU

A#$ shall .e a!tomaticall re/ected at .id openin"-

UPOU now invites all prospective contractors to s!.mit .ids for Provision of

Additional olar Power stem in the UPOU $omm!nit !. #!ildin"- &he pro/ect sho!ld

 .e completed within si5t (60) calendar das, the startin" date .ein" seven () calendar das

from the iss!ance of the *otice to Proceed- #idders sho!ld possess a valid Philippine

$ontractors Accreditation #oard (P$A#) $ate"or 7 si8e ran"e mall # 9 pecialt onlectrical :or;s P% license- &he sho!ld have completed within five (4) ears from the

date of s!.mission and receipt of .ids a contract similar to the pro/ect and e<!ivalent to fift

 percent (40=) of the approved .!d"et for this contact-

#iddin" will .e cond!cted thro!"h an open competitive .iddin" proced!re !sin" a

non%discretionar pass>fail criterion as specified in the Implementin" 3!les and

3e"!lations (I33) of 3ep!.lic Act (3A) 1+?, otherwise ;nown as the Government

Proc!rement 3eform Act- #iddin" is restricted to @ilipino citi8ens>sole proprietorships,

 partnerships, or or"ani8ations with at least sevent%five percent (4=) interest or o!tstandin"
