Credit card installment plan with UOB issued credit cards is only applicable for walk-in customers with physical UOB credit card.All vouchers are not applicable for purchase under this installment plan. Refund or exchange by Preferred Customer should be made within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays). Refund or exchange by Distributor is subject to Sections 4.1 and 4.2 of Chapter 2 of the Policies and Procedures.Refund will be credited back to the above credit card holder only.In case of refund/exchange, the applicant should visit Nu Skin Singapore Showcase in person and present the original invoice and this Form for the product exchange/refund.
