MissionTo provide worldwide hotel reservation service and all corresponding land arrangements exclusively to travel agents globally.
BackgroundQuantum Reservation does not deal with passengers or corporations directly. Our company is a pure wholesaler that is committed to provide all land service only to travel agents. We therefore will not compete with our clients, the travel agents for their retail and corporate customers.
We have been established since 1993. Whilst we are based in Singapore, our clients (travel agents) that use our services are global. In fact, because of our regional expansion, we are proud to announce that we are the largest center for worldwide hotel reservation service in Southeast Asia.
We have offices in Singapore (HQ), Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta and Bali. We intend to open offices in Manila, Hong Kong and Shanghai this year.
OperationsAs a global provider of hotel reservation service, we have over 8000 hotels worldwide in over 400 cities. For example, in USA, we have hotels in more than 150 cities.
In Asia, we deal with most hotel chains directly. Hence, we have the ability and capability to confirm bookings for you within hours, if not, within minutes if your bookings are urgent.
In addition, we have allotments and confirmation can be almost instantaneous.
