iSupplier User Setup

This document defines the process for setting up new iSupplier users and restricting access to their associated suppliers.

From the Purchasing Applications menu, choose Supply Base > Supplier User Management > Register Supplier user. The window to the left will display. Input the Supplier Name.

Note: The supplier must already be setup for this process to function.

Now fill in the user information shown above. Only the email, username and last name are required fields.

Scroll down the page to display the User Access area. Here you must select the responsibilities for the user. In most cases, you will select the Plan to Pay Supplier View.

Scroll back to the top of the page and press the REGISTER button.

If everything is correct you will receive the message shown to the left. The user can open the email to see details for accessing the site.
