11:50 "HR Management and Change"We Told You to Change, So Why Haven't You?

The way you communicate is just as important as what you're communicating. And what is understood and perceived from what you've communicated is also just as crucial as what you've communicated. Mergers, acquisitions, rightsizings etc frequently occur. New visions and goals are constantly set and people are expected to adapt to new systems.

While company management and especially HR departments are busy and absorbed in change projects, could they be neglecting internal communi-cations? Can a "company announcement sent to All Users" or a "vision conference" really be sufficient?
