Robert Bhat, First Vice President in the Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC)
office in Miami, joined the firm in February 2016. Mr. Bhat brings 14 years of commercial real
estate financing experience to MMCC. Mr. Bhat is responsible for securing commercial debt
and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial,
retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local

Suzy Bayona joins the Issenberg & Britti team of Marcus & Millichap Commercial Real Estate as
Director of Transactions and Operations with more than 10 years’ experience working across
all facets of real estate including Development Marketing and Operations while serving the

Most recently, Suzy served as the Director of Operations for Douglas Elliman’s Development

and Millichap. Ms. Ciaschetti has been with the team since 2016 and enjoys working in the
administrative aspect of Commercial Real Estate.
Ms. Ciaschetti was educated at Siena College in Loudonville, New York where she studied
English and Business. After college she worked in the Banking Field for 10 years in Customer
Service, New Accounts, and Account Servicing. Prior to moving to Florida, she worked as a
New York State Certified Teaching Assistant for 25 years in the Rotterdam-Mohonasen Central
School District in Albany, NY.

Luciano Ramirez is the financial analyst for the Issenberg/Britti group of Marcus & Millichap
Miami. Luciano began as an intern for the group in the spring of 2018 while in his senior year
of college and accepted a full-time position as financial analyst upon graduating in May 2018.
He holds a degree in business administration from Florida international in Miami.
Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Luciano’s previous positions included academic coordinator
at Trump National in Doral, Florida and assistant intern of start hub Miami.
As the financial analyst for the Issenberg/Britti team, Luciano plays an integral part in contract
review, data base management, financial modeling, due diligence and compliance. He also
assists in the production of marketing packages for the team. Luciano is a true team player
and a valuable asset to the Issenberg & Britti group.
