IMPORTANT NOTICE - LIFE PROTECTION

The introducion of aluminium in the building protects from radon and methane gas. Inaddition, aluminium in the walls prevents the harmful effects of electromagnetic andwi-fi waves (major cause of cancer disease).

Omniblock Z® technical data

Omniblock Z is a new patented cement

block. It is made of cement and clay and it is

brick-coloured. due to its lightness and

ductility, it is widely used in the building

industry. Its particular structure is conceived to avoid

the formation of thermal gaps in the walls,

which usually develop when traditional

parallelepiped-shaped blocks with a

rectangular base are used. The insulating elements are staggered and

laid one upon the other so to guarantee the

absence of any thermal gaps in heat

transmission.

As provided by decree n°311 enclosure 1

paragraph 9, with Omniblock Z it is possible

to build walls whose superficial mass is

inferior to 230 Kg/m?.Compared with traditional walls with a

superficial mass superior to 230 Kg/m?, it

proved better containment of solar

radiation-related temperature changes.

Excellent acoustic insulation of more than

40 dB is also guaranteed, due to the mass

of the blocks, which allows the realisation of

external cladding.
