Managing risks has become a crucial process for every organization. With a

company-wide scope, the risk management process serves as a strategic

analysis of risk throughout an organization, cutting across business units and

departments, and considering end-to-end processes. The ISO 31000 ERM

Fundamentals is a workshop specifically designed to equip its participants

with essential skills and knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management.

The 3-day workshop will be focused on:

This program is focused on providing a strong fundamental understanding in Enterprise

Risk Management, by using a combination of instructor-led training and real-world case

study analysis, using the following structure:

CRMS Indonesia introduced a new learning method called EMPIRisk Simulation. This

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)

Enterprise Risk Management Expert who won the Global Risk Award in Building Risk Management Capabilities provided by The Institute

of Risk Management and the winner of the Middle East & Africa (MEA) Risk Manager of the Year Award. With over 19 years of experience

in various sectors including energy, oil & gas and construction. Mostafa recently joined the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)

after spending 10 years developing and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management framework at the Emirates Nuclear Energy

Corporation (ENEC). Mostafa delivered many presentations as a keynote speaker and facilitated master classes at many international

conferences and forums. Currently the only Certified Trainer in Abu Dhabi for the ISO Risk Management Standard (ISO 31000). In

addition to his role in ADNOC, Mostafa is the MENA Regional Director for the Enterprise Risk Management Academy (ERMA) in

Singapore. Prior experience includes working for Mace International and AECOM as a Planning Manager in mega projects including

the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center and the Hyatt Capital Gate (The World’s Furthest Leaning Tower).

Ahmed is a strategy and risk management consultant and trainer. He runs many corporate development projects in the Middle east

and holds several managerial posts for the past 20 years. He is ERMA MENA business development manager and he facilitates some

of its events. He holds MBA from New York Institute of Technology. He also holds CERG AND ERMCP by Enterprise Risk Management

Academy. He is a member of MIM (Malaysian Institute of Management ), Egyptian Risk Management Association, as well as Arab

Engineering Society.

An opportunity to obtain a professional risk management certification from Enterprise Risk Management Academy (ERMA).

After successful completion of the entire training process, participants will obtain the Certificate

of Accomplishment as a form of recognition to have fully understood the fundamental issues

related to ISO 31000 and have sufficient competence to participate in its implementation in orga-

nizations.

This recognition will be beneficial for a professional who is involved in the implementation of ISO

31000 in the company/organization, or who have the role of independent consultants or asses-

sors for ISO 31000

Participants who successfully complete all the training process can take the assessment for

obtaining ERMAP/ERMCP degree from Enterprise Risk Management Academy (ERMA) which is

based in Singapore (www.erm-academy.org).

The assessment model will consist of :
