IS JESUS THE SON OF GOD?

•MATTHEW 16:13-14:•13)When Jesus came into the coasts

of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 

•14)And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.

However, Jesus made the question personal…..

MATTHEW 16:15:15) He saith unto them, But

whom say YE that I am? 

2 TIMOTHY 3:16 :

• 16) All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17)That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

MATTHEW 16:16-17:16And Simon Peter answered and

said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God!!!

17And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 

JOHN 14:7-9:7)If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 

8) Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 

9) Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show

us the Father?

MATTHEW 1:18-23:18) Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. 19) Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. 20) But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. 21) And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. 22) Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, 23) Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is,

God with us. 

ISAIAH 9:6-7

6)For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 

7Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
