I-Route develops innovative Concept Stores and Shop In Shop based on the ‘Try In Store & Buy Online’ format.Stores become showrooms, places where the customer gets to know and tests the product, living the brand and its values.

This authentic, unique and engaging experience ends with an online purchase inside the store or within the online shop.

The distribution model is designed so that the customer interacts with the products and the brand inside innovative, exciting and high-tech showrooms. The shopping experience is completed online either using interactive totems within the store, or afterwards on the customer’s smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. The customer can choose their preferred delivery address.

The store doesn’t have a warehouse, but focuses on its main aims: to give the customer the oppor-tunity to see, try and explore the products, turning the visit into a purchase and conveying the brand values.
