The developer of Sunset Ski is looking for minority investors to finish the de-velopment. The project consists of 2 buildings with 370 units in Bansko, which is Phase 1 of a larger 4-building, 600-unit resort in the largest ski area in Bul-garia. Construction of the buildings is already in progress (rough construction). The complex is designed to operate as an apart-hotel.
