Chamber of Commerce is to strengthen the community by developing and promoting our resources, which will sustain an environment of economic growth. (Greater Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce, [GPBCC], 2011).
The Chamber’s Vision is to establish Pine Bluff and Jefferson County as a world-class community. (GPBCC, 2011).

The mission of the Gifted and Talented Program is to provide an educational environment for the identified G/T students which will allow them to develop intellectually, socially, and emotionally.

THE PROGRAMS GOALS:-TO PROVIDE THE UNIQUE POTENTIAL OF EACH STUDENT AND TO PROVIDE THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO DEVELOP THAT POTENTIAL-TO INCLUDE ALL TYPES OF GIFTED STUDENTS FROM ALL CULTURES AND ECONOMIC BACKGROUNDS, REGARDLESS OF RACE, SEX, OR CREED, WHICH HAVE A NEED FOR SPECIALIZED SERVICES.-TO PROVIDE A QUALITY G/T PROGRAM FOR THOSE STUDENTS WHOSE LEARNING CHARACTERISTICS AND EDUCATIONAL NEEDS REQUIRE A DIFFERENTIATED EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE.
