Chapter 1 Overview About us Nandachart Preschool has been operating for the first time in June 2004 at Chang Puak area, Chiang Mai and extended to the primary level with the name Nandachart Grade School since 2007 in Hang Dong area, Chiang Mai. The school environment concept is in a luxury of herb and natural to reflect the growing for good health which is very rare nowadays. Nandachart aim to work on curriculum with a combination of foreign and Thai education standard also provide students the opportunity to experience all aspects of personality development and discover their full potential.

Student are not in a rush as our slow education and slow life policy will allows children to absorb knowledge and experience of a lifetime little by little with a miracle of life.

Students are evaluated on a time not less than 80% of a year. The evaluated will be collected during school term and report to parents each semester.

Student rules 1 does not bring toys, electronic equipment, valuables, jewelry to school. If it’s damaged, lost, the school will not be able to response. Money is allowing for K3 and primary not more than 50 baht/ day. 2 mobile phone not allow using during school time and will be keeping at Homeroom teacher or administrative staff until the end of class. 3 No sandal to school, if necessary, please seek approval from Homeroom teacher. 4 no makeup to school, no candy, chewing gum to school 5 keep good manner and speak softly

Service • Accident Insurance. The accident insurance service is prepared for all

students. In case of accident. Parents can take the receipt and physician's certificate to the school. As a limit on the receipt. But not exceeding 5000 baht

• Teacher on duty: from 7.30 to 9.00 and 15.00 to 17.20 hrs. 17:20 to 18:00 am Fee charge at 100. – (dinner will be provided for advance notice). 18:00 to 18:30 at the rate of surcharge 50. - Baht

• Lunch and snacks in school is a healthy menu. MSG-free and vegetarian. Students who are allergic to certain foods. Please let the school know. (There are a food corners service at 10-20 baht for the eggs menu daily)

• School shuttle is a free service between Changpuak campus and Hang

During school time To avoid disturbing the class progress and student safety when meet or pick up students during school time, request to notify at front office and give a signature in the form before go to the building or wait at the visiting areas

The change of pick up person parents must call the office. And need a copy of ID card give to duty teacher at pick up point. Homework

• Homework will give to specified students or when students can not to follow the class upon teachers or as parents request.

Teacher evaluation students in each term, the school will be very pleased if the parent can take time to talk to teachers about your child on the notified date in advance to receive student report.

Changing/replace teacher during term policy. The school has no policy to replace the teacher during school term. It might be necessary happen in the case beyond a reasonable individual or inappropriate

behavior, Or reasonably related to professional ethics of teacher. The termination of personnel contract will be effect immediately.

Calendar of payment. 1) The advance payment for annual, Will receive one free summer course. 2) The payment calendar is shown as follows. January to February. Pay for the next academic year, books, and uniforms. March-April. Enroll and pay for summer course as (choice) April to May. Payment For first semester at all levels. July to August. Payment For the second semester of kindergarten level. September to October. Payment for second Semester of primary level. October-November. Payment For the third semester of kindergarten level.

1) Scholarships for students from Kindergarten 3 to students in every Grade level A. must Study at Nandachart at least 2 consecutive years. B good behavior

2) Students who received a scholarship will get the following benefits. A. Exception for tuition fee at 15,000Baht / term
