    • Brian Clark Jury Trial for an Accusation of a “Brutal Assault”• Court Transcripts showed signs that this was a false Police report• First Responding Deputy didn’t charge Brian Clark• Deputy Drove Plaintiff to the Jail • Deputy Drove Plaintiff to Pioneer Hospital. No report was Entered• Deputy Drove Plaintiff back home, gave Plaintiff Breath Analyzer Test• Commonwealth didn’t bring Deputy as their own witness• Deputy didn’t see any signs of these purported injuries to Plaintiff.• Jury Finds Brian Clark “Not Guilty”

    • Brian Clark calls and texted Sheriff Smith to discuss A&B Matter• Sherriff then agrees to meeting December 23 at 9am• Denise “Darrell” Walker goes with Brian as a witness to this meeting• Sheriff Smith comes in and was Angry, doesn’t want to talk about it• Hands Brian Clark a “No Trespass Order” from the JD Courts building• Signed by Geri Hazelwood, At Sherriff Smith request according to her

    own written statements provided in this case.• We are then asked to leave and we both Left.

    • Brian Clark decided that the Police wasn’t going to do anything about this False Police Report and viewed it as Malicious Prosecution and Abuse of Process.

    • Brian Clark (Acting Prose) Files a Civil Suit Against Plaintiff, Commonwealth Attorney Mrs. Vipperman, Tonya Haynes, and Mr. Brinks

    • Received Letter from John Johnsons Office asking him to drop charges.• Letter stated that if I did not, they would seek sanctions and Fines.• Brian Clark did not drop the case and was waiting for trial.• In that case Brian Clark was not sanctioned or fined for bringing this suit.• The Judge David Carson’s denied them any sanctions and fees sought.

    4: July 25th 2016 Circuit Civil Court

    HearingTraffic Stop

    • Mr. Clark had filed Civil Suits Against his former Father in Law and BB&T involving a Civil Business dispute over large Sums of checks written out to CASH that was being removed from the Business LLC by his former Father-in Law.

    • Mr. Clark was heading to Court that day to file an amended complaint• Brian Clark was not allowed into the Clerks Office to file papers.• Mr. Clark stood out side talking to Ward Stone.• Denice Freeman and Windy Inzerillo had went inside to file papers with Clerk• Denice came back out to get Mr. Clark to sign papers.• Windy Inzerillo stayed in Clerk Office, when she overheard deputies saying Ward is

    outside Softening him up• Brian don’t know what “WE” have instore for him. I can’t wait to see his face when we

    take him down.• Police followed us after leaving court and pulled lights on and stopped Beth

    Richardson’s vehicle in the Moody Funeral Home Parking lot.• Brian Clark was ridding as a Passenger in her car. Rob Coleman effectuated the Stop

    and came up to the passenger side of car. Asked for my Drivers License.• Black Dodge Charger then came around from rear of Funeral Home and park Sideways

    in front of Beth Richardson’s Car.• Rob Coleman gave Denice a Ticket for impeding traffic.

    Court Date August 23rd2016 9AM

    • Denice Freeman pulled over and stopped on the side road just past Moody’s Funeral Home is Stuart Virginia

    • That Street is called (West Street) and is a no outlet road• She was parked on the right side of the road as you pull in.• Since she was driving the truck, she had Russ Filming the stop.• Rob Coleman gave her a citation for “Impeding Traffic”, which was

    dismissed in Court and she was found Not guilty on August 23rd.• When Rob Coleman approached her.• He Said.. “Nowadays when somebody else has someone

    stopped. You don’t want to pull up have anything in hand trying to video a traffic stop”

    • This can be heard on the Video with the audio volume on PC turned up and turned up on the YouTube window all the way. It starts on Video at position 2:24 / 4:38 and ended around 2:56 / 4:38

    • Rob Coleman get out of car and walks up and gives Denice Freeman a Ticket for Impeding • The flow of traffic

    • Rob Coleman stated on Video.

    • “Now-a-days when someone else has someone stopped you don’t want to pull up have• Anything in your hands and trying to video a traffic stop.”

    • He seemed agitated at her response which can be heard in his voice.

    6: Aug 23th 2016Court JD that Morning.Circuit Court at 1pm.Windy jerked up by

    Sherriff in Court.

    • On August 23rd we all went back to JD Court that morning at 9am• Denice Freeman, Russ, Windy Inzerillo, Denise Darrel Walker, and Brian Clark• Brian Clark was denied entry into JD traffic court to testify as a witness• Windy went in to testify against Rob Coleman• Denice was found “not guilty”.• Rob Coleman then followed us on into Circuit Court that afternoon • Brian Clark was in court on the Abuse of Process Case• Windy, Denise, Russ, and Denise “Darrell Walker” was in court that day• Sheriff Smith came over angrily and jerked Windy up by the arm and shoved her

    down the hall• Windy received Bruises on her left arm near her elbow.• She reported the incident to the Virginia State Police and State Attorney Generals

    Office. Virginia State Police Billy McCraw Investigated it. Report was misplaced or lost.

    • State Trooper Billy McGraw was told by the AG’s Office to reopen Case.• Case got assigned to Carroll County “Nathan Lyons” It also went no where.• They then delayed and stated that it had now run out the Statute and would not be

    prosecuted.
