    Hello sir,Im karthick and I did my schooling in Dhms In TVT Chennai . I did my BE ECE in Jaya

    Engineering college,thiruninravur, chennai . I have 1 year exp in telecom Field as Rf Engineer.For 1st

    6 month I worked in L&G Engineer servicePvt ltd as JRF.For Next 6 month I worked in GTL pvt ltd as

    Rf Engineer my Roles and Responsibilities In this company as Rf survey,LoS survey,drive test

    engineer the tower and take the Readings Accoding to the requirement,sharing sites to approve the

    site for fixing the tower with operator Companies . After few month I became the Coordinator to

    send the team to the site after finishing the work my team give the site details to me ..with that site

    datails I want t make the report..aftre successful creation of report I submit this report to my client

    with my project manager.

    My technical skill:

    I did my Mainframe Certified in Texsas technology Chennai.

    I did my Embedded certified Course in Accel It academy.

    I love to learn new things coming up in life and i believe in doing things as i am a very disciplined

    person, i set my targets and deadlines and try to achieve and tend to cross it with my best efforts

    before my deadlines.I am a very optimistic person and i prioritize my action regularly. This makes me

    Its a tough question but I think I have contributed the best of my ability in my previous job and can

    make the same in every new job. So, the salary range should reflect the value of my skills. Even, you

    can convey it in a different way by asking the range of the salary for this position on the basis of

    which you can present a wide range.

    8. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

    I am looking for a long-term commitment and so want to work as long as my contribution is

    recognized.

    9. Have you ever had to fire anyone? How did you feel about that?

    I will like to fire someone when anyones personal ambition or in general work comes against the

    betterment of the organization. When it comes to the organization it is the duty of every committed

    employ to protect the organization.

    Answer: "Money is always important but work is most important". This is the most simple and

    effective answer.

    15. What motivates you to do your best on the job?

    Answer: This answer is based on your own feelings so it can be different for everyone.

    Example courage to face new challenge, a hunger to achieve something new and a little

    recognition and identity really makes me to do the best on the job.

    Answer: Be totally honest while answering this. It depends on your own comfort, so really doesn't

    matter much.

    Answer: Its measurement is different for everyone but to me success means achieving your goals

    whether in short term or long term with complete dedication and hard work. Success should be

    measured through satisfaction though not complete fulfillment. However, success depends on level of

    performance.

    Answer: Hard work and complete dedication in achieving career objectives makes one successful.

    32. Tell me about your life at College or University.

    Answer: School, college and universities are full of opportunities, so the interviewer wants to find

    out what qualities you have gained in these period to develop a good personality. No needs to look your

    past regretfully pointing out any unsuccessful things, rather present what you have learnt in a positive

    way so that the interviewer can assess your capability. Be honest, whether your experiences were all

    good or not.

    33. How would you RATE me as an interviewer?

    You should repeat this question with a smile and may say calmly that it is one of the tough interview

    I have ever been attain with some different kinds of questions but I think I have succeed in this.

    34. Describe your work ethic.

    Emphasize benefits to the company and the hiring manager. Things like, determination to get the

    job done and work hard but enjoy your work are good.
