What happened was that the customer did not receive the ordered goods on time. He was called me on the phone. I apologized, and said to him that I will check it in my office, but there was nobody. Then I called my boss to unlocked warehouse, so I can transported goods to my customers. Later I apologized to him again with a bottle of wine from our company. 4. What major challenges and problems did you face it? How did you handle them? There were a few different challenges, sometimes was that team needed some motivation, sometimes you have to take responsibility, for example, we organize a music festival for several years in a row for 2000 people, a job that requires good preparation, marketing, finance, safe place for guests, and finally to maintain good energy and have great fun for all. Also, there were problems with some customers, but I'm always looking to listen them, try to understand them and explain that we will find a good solution for everyone. 5. Why do you want this job / Air Serbia? I want this job because I like job that includes work with people and traveling. I believe that this is a company on the way up, and my long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn. How do you find yourself working in a team.I'm pretty good in teamwork, almost every job I've worked so far has required teamwork. At my last job as an assistant in sales, the company had over 40 employers, and I had to be in constant contact with the office and the drivers who drive the goods to customers.9. Do you have a problem to leave the family?No, I do not. Im already live independently and self-supporting for almost four years now. My parents are very supportive because they know how much this job means to me.10. What did you do for a colleague? There are situations where I help a colleague to get some of his job done on time, or if I'm asked to do an hour or more of their shift, or if I have done everything I needed on time, and I see that my colleague needs help, with no problems I will help him.
