Yourresponsibility would be team selection.On the first day of the tournament a tour•information package covering the itinerary andpricing will be handed out to all participants togive to their parents.During the tournament we receive feedback from•parents indicating whether their child would beable to tour.From the group that has indicated that they can•tour, a touring side is selected.Each selected player will then receive a•personalised invitation to join the invitationaltouring team. If they cannot tour we then invitethe next selected player on the list.We communicate with parents regarding all•travel aspects and administration, whilst keepingyou updated throughout.

This project will enhance your tournament’s•status as well as adding value for itsparticipantsThe selection of an invitational touring team•will assist in making your tournament moresought after by schools in futureThe selection for a touring side will motivate•players to increase performance standards.

For every selected team (+/-20 players) there are•2 free packages included for coaches/managersThis project offers an excellent opportunity for•motivation and development for the staffinvolved.
