    Responsibilities: Responsible for developing new business for the companys insurance products, for the

    companys insurance brokerage. Identify needs and client business objectives. Maintain relationship with client. Prepare and present sales proposals.

    Requirements: Male or Female, max. 35 years old. Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance, General Insurance for Insurance

    Brokerage or Banking min. 2 years. Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented,

    energetic, adaptive and fast learner. Excellent communication & relationship skill.

    2. Administrative Support a. PoS Pekanbaru (ID: JV1406001) b. PoS Semarang (ID: JV1501002) c. PoS Surabaya (ID: JV1403012)

    Responsibilities: Administrative duties and financial reporting tasks to complete financial statements (include;

    balance sheet & statement of cash flows). Support all policy preparation (include; input data, file documentation, and distribution kind of

    certificate or endorsement needed). To ensure claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard

    procedure. To liaise with other insurance, brokers, loss adjusters, workshops, and other relevant

    companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement. Requirements:

    Male or female, maximum 28 years old. Diploma Degree major in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration (fresh graduate are

    welcome).

  • Having experience in Administration role at General or Sharia Insurance Company (will be advantaged).

    Having good knowledge in financial statement. Excellent skill in Computer Literate.

    3. Sales Support a. PoS Jakarta (ID: JV1403002) b. PoS Surabaya (ID: JV1403010)

    Responsibilities: Ensure new business offers are handled properly Ensure complete underwriting data for proper assessment. Prepare proper submission for approval by underwriters. Follow up with underwriters for confirmation. Send quotations to Distribution Channels. Follow up with Distribution Channel for quotation status Prepare request to Administration / Technical Support for policy/document issuance. Work closely with Administration / Technical Support for timely completion of policy issuance. Attend to requests from Distribution Channel (by whatever means of communication)

    promptly, accurately, and in a professional way. Requirements:

    Maximum 28 years old; Minimum Diploma Degree in any major (Insurance Academy will be advantaged); Maximum experience 1 year in Administration role at General Insurance Company will be an

    advantage. Computer Literate (Ms. Excel) is a must; Proficient in English both oral & written.

    4. Telemarketing Officer (TMO) Head Office (ID: JV1407011)

    Responsibilities: Contacting prospective clients over the phone via an outbound call or direct sales, with the

    aim of ultimately selling company product Keep up the appearance that reflects the company's values

    Responsibility:

    Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

    Influences customers to buy services or merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a products

    Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling. Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established

    procedures. Secures information by completing data base backups. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and

    regulations. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    6. Surveyor Staff PoS Surabaya (ID: JV1403011)

    Responsibilities: Conduct risks surveys. Prepare detailed reports/the risk survey reports. Provide recommendation to underwriters for risk assessment purposes. Liaise with underwriters on risk improvement advice.

    Requirements: Maximum age 28 years old; Bachelor degree in majoring in technical discipline. Having surveying experience will be an advantage Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must;

    7. IT Research and Development Head Office (ID: JV1403005)

    Responsibility: Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language. Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.

    Responsibility: Establish training need analysis based on company objectives. Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques for telesales Provide performance analysis of telesales after training programs. Developing and updating training programs, module and other training materials. Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques. Contribute in recruitment process of telesales officer.

    Responsibility:

    Monitoring and empowering sales. Coaching & Mentoring. Coordination of premium collection of new and renewal policies. Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients.
