LTE TESTING SCOPE

The InterLab Test Solution LTE-USIM/USAT is a validated test platform, verifying the conformity of an LTE-capable terminal with several 3GPP LTE test specifications, which is a pre-condi-tion for passing GCF/PTCRB and Verizon wireless LTE certifica-tion processes.

The 3GPP TS 31.121 and TS 31.124 Rel-8/9 specifications describe the interworking of LTE-capable terminals with LTE (E-UTRA/ EPC) networks and the respective USIM, USAT and ISIM applications on the Universal Integrated Circuit Card (UICC). IRAT tests (Inter Radio Access Technology) are also covered.

LTE network operators such as Verizon Wireless have started LTE network operators such as Verizon Wireless have started developing their own specific test cases. The test solution has been approved for the Verizon Wireless LTE device certification program.

The InterLab Test Solution is suitable for development and conformance testing. It is applicable for both FDD and TDD.
