During the past 4 months three terrorist organizations, Al
Qaeda, Al Shabaab and ISIS have made direct threats against the
United States.
Al Qaedas most recent online magazine contained detailed
information on the construction of Car Bombs and Pressure Cooker
Bombs. The most recent Al Shabaab magazine contained detailed
information on how to make Molotov cocktails. The photos below were
contained in their English language electronic magazines. Complete
copies are available to law enforcement upon request.
Al Qaeda states America is our first target, followed by United
Kingdom, France and other crusader countries.
On 8-29-14 British Prime Minister Cameron raised the United
Kingdom Threat Level to Severe indicating that an attack was Highly
Likely.

The important thing is that you target people and not
buildings
look for a dense crowd.
Attack during Friday prayers (Muslims will be praying)
Look for worldwide live media coverage.
Regarding large sporting events: The best time is after the
final whistle, when huge crowds leave the stadium and celebrate
around the entrances.
When attacking a festival: use a mask suitable for the festival

Be creative in your Jihad. Surprise the enemy, don't follow a
particular protocol
Wipe your fingerprints. Use a car that will not reveal your
identity. Avoid CCTV cameras.

Additional Threat InformationKenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and
Djibouti have been targeted by Al Shabaab with terrorist attacks
and bombings. Kenya has been the victim of numerous attacks over
the past three years. Those attacks have targeted churches, police
stations, refugee camps, bus stations, moving vehicles, hotels,
nightclubs, commercial districts, and the Westgate shopping
mall.
On 9-1-14 the US launched a missile strike in Somalia attempting
to kill Al Shabaab leader Ahmed Abdi Godane. This event could
result in potential retaliation from other lone wolf individuals
loyal to the group.
Last month a laptop used by ISIS was recovered by an opposition
force. On it were several files researching biological weaponry.
Included in those documents was a file on how to weaponize the
bubonic plague from infected animals.
As of today it is estimated that approximately 2500 individuals
from Western Countries have returned to Syria. Over 500 Britains
have traveled to Syria with many of them returning to the United
Kingdom. It is estimated that 70 to 100 Americans have left for
Syria. Over a dozen of them from Minnesota.
