We have created the Intel® Technology Provider Program to provide you with relevant tools and scalable benefits in recognition of your total business with Intel.

Whether you want to extend your market reach, enhance your business & technical skills, or establish yourself as your customers’ IT expert, our program provides you with access to members-only tools and resources to help you confidently recommend and implement innovative solutions based on Intel® technologies.

The Intel® Channel Partner Program has evolved. The new 2011 Intel® Technology Provider Program has been designed to support the sales and marketing efforts of all channel partners that specify, design, build or resell Intel-based technology solutions through a single, unified membership program.

The Intel Technology Provider Program provides benefits to all channel partners who purchase and resell Intel technology-based products from Intel-approved distributors and manufacturers, including:

DESIGNED FOR YOU

New Partner enrollments are required to complete business profile questions, accept the Program Terms & Conditions and the Channel Trademark and Licensing Agreement.

Registered Partner As a Registered Partner, you have access to Partners-only content on the Intel® Reseller Center web site, channel e-newsletters, and online training on Intel products and solutions, at no cost to your organization.

Intel values its relationship with you as a channel partner and we want to ensure you get the most from your membership in our program. The new Intel Technology Provider Program features three new membership levels with a range of scalable membership benefits to help you grow your business and take advantage of new opportunities.

When upgrading to Gold Partner status you will be required to provide additional information about your business. Once approved, you can take full advantage of the Gold Partner membership benefits.

Gold Partner As you grow your business with Intel and meet key membership criteria, you will become eligible for Gold Partner status with access to enhanced support, training, channel events, sales tools, rewards and use of Gold Partner membership assets to demonstrate your relationship with Intel to your customers.

To upgrade to Platinum Partner status you will be required to provide additional information about your business, details of systems sold and contact details for qualified technical and marketing employees within your company.

Platinum Partner Platinum Partner status is reserved for our most valued program members who demonstrate superior business and technical skills as well as leadership in the development of innovative customer solutions based on Intel technologies. Platinum Partners receive our top benefits including rebates, advanced support, marketing resources, exclusive invitations, expertise recognition and the use of Platinum Partner membership assets.

Membership Levels

The Intel® Technology Provider Program provides a range of scalable membership benefits to help you grow your business and take advantage of new opportunities.

Your standard membership benefits are designed to recognize the value of Intel-based solutions you sell, and they grow as you qualify for Gold Partner and Platinum Partner membership levels.

As your investment in Intel® technologies grows in the form of purchases of qualifying Intel units from Intel® Authorized Distributors, Intel® Authorized Integrators, Channel Suppliers and Original Design Manufacturers each year, you may unlock access to a range of Enhanced Membership Benefits.

Standard Membership Benefits are provided automatically according to your membership level, are available for your full year of membership and are renewed annually with your membership.

Two additional levels of Enhanced Membership Benefits are available to Gold Partners and Platinum Partners, and may be unlocked by meeting minimum annual purchase volumes of qualifying Intel components.**

Level 1 - enhanced Benefits are available to Gold Partners or Platinum Partners who achieve a minimum component purchase volume** of $7,000 per year.Level 2 - enhanced Benefits are available exclusively to Platinum Partners who achieve a minimum component purchase volume** of $250,000 per year.

Your company’s investment in Intel® Channel Training courses contributes to your membership level in the Intel® Technology Provider Program. YOU’RE COVERED

Platinum Partners with Level 2 Enhanced Membership Benefits can submit up to 10 units at a time - more than any other Intel Technology Provider Program Partner.

As a Platinum Partner with Level 1 Enhanced Membership Benefits, you can submit up to 6 units at a time.

Gold Partners with Level 1 Enhanced Membership Benefits can also submit up to 6 units at a time under AWR.

Channel Warranty Replacement

The Intel® Technology Provider Program features two warranty service benefits reserved exclusively for Channel Partners:

Advanced Warranty Replacement Advanced Warranty Replacement (AWR) is Intel’s limited premium warranty benefit available ONLY to eligible Intel Technology Provider Program members who purchase qualifying Intel products through Intel® Authorized Distributors. Intel immediately ships out replacement products or spare parts to eligible Gold and Platinum Partners in the Intel Technology Provider Program without having to first wait for the defective part to be returned, increasing your efficiency and allowing economies of scale.

Standard Warranty Replacement Standard Warranty Replacement (SWR) is Intel’s warranty service available to all members of the Intel Technology Provider Program. Intel ships out a replacement part upon receipt of the non-functional or defective product that is eligible for warranty service.
