Further to notice dated the 23rd day of March, 2000 the Agency in exercise of the powers conferred -oil it by ke Waste Management Act, 1996, fkr the reasons hereinafter set out, grants this waste licence to Shannon Environmental Services Limited, Smithstown Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co Clue, to carry on the waste activities set out below at Smithstown Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co. Glare, subject to eleven Conditions, as set out in the schedules attached thereto.
