Supply Chain Consulting Services: SCS provides end-to-end guidance ranging from front-end assessment to end-to-end solutions design and implementation. SCS is skilled in productivity standards, operation assessments, detail design, bid management, rfp documentation and data analysis.

System Sales: Our sales team is your conduit to all of the knowledge, product information and resources at KLG. Our group will work with you to understand your unique needs and help determine the right solution for the specific challenges your company has. We have an extensive product offering and vast array of resources both within our company and through our vendor partnerships. The sales team brings experience, creativity, insight and the right resources to help make your project a success.

Concepting & Estimation: The C&E team works with our sales staff, SCS team, Engineering and directly with clients to develop the initial integrated system solution and design. The C&E team produces detailed system proposals and layouts to enable our clients to make clear and informed purchasing decisions.

Application Engineering: Based upon client input delivered through SCS and C&E, turnkey projects are engineered. AE delivers reliable material handling equipment design solutions to our PM team. AE also partners with the sales, C&E and SCS teams as a technical advisor. Through the ongoing training, AE maintains expert level of product knowledge and application for both traditional and emerging technologies.

Project Management & Implementation: Our PM team makes detailed solutions a reality. The PM group controls the flow and coordination of key personnel and resources to see a solution or project move from the design phase through implementation. The PM team is responsible for handling the project from beginning to end, serving as the face of the project.

Life Cycle Services: LCS is responsible for handling the short and long-term care of your material handling equipment—through full-scale technical support, long-range systems planning, preventative maintenance and training.

uecker Logistics Group, Inc. (KLG) was established in 1980 by Stanley J. Kuecker, who had been in the material handling industry since 1971. In those first nine years, Stan worked in sales for other integrators. During that time he saw a need for a company with the philosophy of “always taking care of the customer and his associates.”

Like most companies, KLG started small but established a good reputation with logistics management, which allowed continued growth. In time, Stan’s wife Alice and his two sons, Jim and Nick, also joined the company. With their help and that of some loyal and committed associates, KLG grew from a one-man operation to an industry-leading company with 70+ employees and a software and controls company of 60+ employees.

Today, KLG boasts an office and warehouse facility that includes a cutting-edge Tech Center, which features many of the automated systems we implement. Our team is eager to help your business compete with imagination, innovation and integration.
