experienceLauren Malis founded The Luxe Group where she has consulted with many organizationsin-cluding The Miss Universe Organization, NFL Properties, Maysles Films, The Trump Organization, Goldman Sachs, CS First Boston, The Roosevelt Group, The Liberty Fund, AVIV Vodka, Seacoast National Bank, Mohegan Sun and The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. She has branded events such as the Food and Wine Festival, The Sopranos Finale at The Hardrock Casino, and the Hardrock & Ride Car Auction & Show. She collaborated with The President-elect Donald J. Trump to create The Trump Concert Series at his various properties across the country. She also served as an advisor to the Trump Organization on various initiatives.

Lauren Malis is a conduit. She has years of experience in the areas of Brand strategy, Event Production, Public Relations, Governmental Relations, Business Development, Investor Relations and Marketing. After stints at ESPN and The William Morris Agency, Lauren worked on many political campaigns such as with US Senator D’Amato of NY and twas appointed by New York Governor Pataki to the position of Director of Communications and Special Projects for the Economic Development Agency, Empire State Development under the leadership of Ambas-sador Charles Gargano. In that capacity, Lauren handled communications for the agency including crisis communication during 9/11. In her role she worked on several projects, includ-ing The Revitalization of 42nd Street and Times Square, The Hudson River Park Conservancy and many other real estate projects as well as the iconic I Love New York campaign.

Design Intense was founded in 2000 by Eliza Alys Young, who has a dual BFA from Maine College of Art in Graphic Design and Photography. In the mid-1990s, while working as the senior designer for the Georgetown Collection, she began learning on her own to code websites. In the late 1990’s she was

hired as part of the team at Ramworks in Florida, who developed the original websites for the Jacksonville Jaguars and CSX.

From 2003-2011, Design Intense was based in the Dominican Republic. The business was relo-cated to Santo Domingo to take advantage of the burgeoning market in Latin America.

Design Intense has provided marketing services for numerous clients both within the US and internationally. Some notable ones include the Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute, Netpulse (featured in “Top 10 New Technologies” in Business Week, 1999), Palm Beach Woman Magazine, Alive and Well Resorts & Hotels in the Turks & Caicos, Radisson Summit Golf Hotel in Panama, the Islander Collection of hotels in Mexico, Altabella Hotels from Spain, and Sun Village Resorts from Canada.
